Q.) What if you don't have my size listed?
A.) We'll make your size - it will be a custom order (but guess what - same price). Yes you can order your size belt at the same price. Why should you pay extra - lets keep it as fair as possible. Q.) I've found belts that are lower priced and handcrafted. What do you have to say about that? A.) Our belts are native cowhide which means that the animal is grown and its hide is processed in the US as well. Nowadays some tanneries process the hide by outsourcing it outside the US and reducing the labor costs and making the cost of the leather much cheaper. Our product is 100% USA leather made from start to finish. Q.) Does a Henry Miller really exist -- or is this just a clever marketing ploy? A.) Henry Miller is a real, living, breathing human being who happens to be a master Amish leathermaker as well. The belts I initially purchased from him were of premium quality and handcrafted and I wanted to share his goods with the world. I realized however that I wanted people to be able to own a quality product at an affordable price that could compete with the mass-produced belts available everywhere. Our belts are a world apart in quality and craftsmanship. Q.) The Amish are not suppose to have a phone much less an internet connection -- how do you go about taking orders on the internet? A.) We are a partnership of Amish and non-Amish and so he works on the leather goods part and I handle his orders. We communicate by snail mail, and I visit him to discuss new ideas and products. |
